Remedial Massage (Health Fund Available)

Remedial massage focuses on treating specific musculoskeletal problems, such as chronic pain, muscle tension, or injuries. The therapist applies varying levels of pressure, using techniques like deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and stretching to target problem areas. This type of massage is not just about relaxation—it’s aimed at addressing underlying issues that may be causing pain or restricting movement.

Aroma Oil Massage

(LIGHT Pressure) Aroma hot oil massage is a luxurious and relaxing therapy that combines the benefits of aromatherapy with the soothing effects of a warm oil massage. The therapist uses heated oils infused with essential oils, chosen based on your needs—whether it’s to relax, energize, or rejuvenate. The warmth of the oil helps to loosen tight muscles, while the aromatic properties of the essential oils create a calming atmosphere, making this an excellent choice for stress relief.

Traditional Thai Massage (DRY)

(LIGHT Pressure) Traditional Thai massage is a unique form of bodywork that combines acupressure, stretching, and assisted yoga postures. Unlike other massages that involve lying passively on a table, Thai massage takes place on a mat, and the therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of stretches and apply rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines. It’s an invigorating experience that enhances flexibility, releases tension, and improves overall energy flow.

Deep Tissue Massage

(Starting with Medium to Hard Pressure) Deep tissue massage is designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s especially effective for chronic aches and pains, as well as tension in specific areas like the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Unlike other types of massage that focus on relaxation, deep tissue aims to physically break down muscle adhesions, which are bands of painful, rigid tissue. These adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, inflammation, and limited movement.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones to relax the muscles and enhance the overall massage experience. The warmth of the stones allows the therapist to work more deeply and more easily on areas of muscle tension. Stones are strategically placed on different parts of the body, and sometimes, the therapist will use the stones as tools to massage the body.

Hot Herbal Compressed Massage

(For hygiene, Hot Herbal Balls will be used individually and single use only) A hot herbal compress massage involves the use of heated herbal pouches, which are pressed and rolled along the body. These pouches contain a blend of herbs chosen for their therapeutic properties, such as lemongrass, turmeric, and ginger, which help to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. The heat enhances the release of the herbs’ essential oils and compounds, which penetrate deep into the skin and muscles.

Foot Massage

Foot massage, or reflexology, focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. This ancient practice is based on the idea that these pressure points are connected to the body’s energy pathways. Stimulating these points can improve overall health, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

Body Scrub

A body scrub is an exfoliating treatment that removes dead skin cells, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and glowing. Using a combination of natural exfoliants like salt, sugar, or coffee grounds, along with nourishing oils, the therapist gently buffs away dull skin. This not only improves the appearance and texture of the skin but also boosts circulation, promoting healthy skin regeneration.

Earcandling

Ear candling is a holistic treatment designed to remove earwax and toxins from the ear canal. During the session, a specially designed hollow candle is placed in the ear while the other end is lit. The heat creates a vacuum that helps to draw out impurities and soften earwax, which can then be easily removed.
This treatment is often sought after for its benefits in reducing earwax buildup, relieving sinus congestion, and even improving balance and hearing. It’s a gentle and soothing process that can help promote overall ear health and well-being.
